Karen Vandborg is a Senior Asset Manager at Anvil Denmark. She has 8 years of experience servicing foreign institutional clients with the management of Nordic assets through phases of construction, lease-up, operation and disposition. Previous to Anvil, Karen was a Senior Asset Manager at SF Management, managing four portfolios of market-rate residential properties throughout Denmark. Prior to SFM, Karen was a Junior Asset Manager at Savills Investment Management assisting with a portfolio of highstreet retail properties in Copenhagen, and was a Research Analyst at SHVO focusing on the development of luxury highrise residential properties in Manhattan.
Karen received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York, and a Bachelor of Architecture and Real Property Development from California Polytechnic State University.
