First Starwood assets realized

The office property Rådhusgata 3 in Tromsø (~4,000 m²), also known as "Nordlyskvartalet", is sold to local developer William Eiendom. The transaction was followed by the dispositions of three non-strategic grocery stores to Oslo Handelseiendommer.
