Lease signed with Nordic Semiconductor for the construction of their new BREEAM Excellent headquarters

Anvil, on behalf of Starwood, signs a 10,000m² lease with Nordic Semiconductor to construct their new HQ at Otto Nielsensvei 21 in Trondheim also known as "Trondheim Innovation Center". Construction to commence in the fall of 2015, with targeted completion in Q2-2017.
